Almond Bowls Cookies

Ingredients:

Bottom of the dough:

100 grams of butter

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup water

Teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons sugar

Two and a half cups flour

Materials needed for fill:

400g ground almonds

1 egg

cup sugar

4 tablespoons rose water or 10 drops PG roses

3 tablespoons flour

Directions:

In a bowl put all the ingredients in the order listed.

Put the dough smooth and soft.

In a separate bowl put the almonds, sugar, egg, rose water and flour and form a soft dough.

Roll out the dough and wink circles.

Place the dough circle Bmnz'tim No. 2.

Use a teaspoon to put on each circle of dough from the millions.

Bake at 180 degrees about 20 minutes.
