Dates Cookies


1/2 kg wheat flour (Stiebel 6)

1 tablespoon dry yeast

cup brown sugar

4 tablespoons date syrup (honey)

1/2 cup canola oil

3 eggs No. 2

250 cc of water

For the fill:

Spread 1-2 box of dates

300 g of finely chopped walnuts


Mix all ingredients together dough smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rise for an hour and a half.

Divide the dough into 5 balls.

Flatten each ball thinly.

Apply a paste of dates and sprinkle walnuts.

Roll roulade (roll the ball from one).

Put baking paper on a flat pattern.

Benoni bake 180 degrees.
