Flat Crackers


200g butter

1 cup canola oil

1 cup water

Teaspoon salt

Teaspoon baking powder

5 cups flour

Hyssop or sesame seeds choice and taste


Place all the ingredients in a bowl of a mixer with a paddle.

Dough is soft and pliable.

Wrap in plastic wrap Refrigerators two hours.

Form dough into 3 balls.

Roll out on a floured surface each ball leaf.

Cut into circles in a plastic cup.

Wink wink small diameter circular hole in the center of the circle.

If there are no small Kurtz can use a thimble or bottle cap.
Spread beaten egg over the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

If you want them with hyssop do differently:
Hyssop mix with oil and spread.

Bake the crackers at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes.
