Jam Jelly Cookies


100g brown sugar (cup)

200g butter

300 g of wheat flour

2 eggs No. 2

1 baking powder

Lemon zest of two lemons

Strawberry jam or apricot jam filling


In a bowl put the sugar, butter, eggs, characterization, lemon zest unite the ingredients well.

Simultaneously pour the flour and form the dough is soft and smooth.
