Jelly Doughnuts


1 kg of flour

2 tablespoons yeast

150 g butter

3 eggs

Half cup of sugar

1 tablespoon brandy

400-500 ml of water


Mix together eggs, sugar and brandy

Add the remaining ingredients and form a soft and pliable dough

Divide the dough into 20 balls and let it rise for an hour

Deep fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side

Fill condensed milk or regular jam donut you can dip the chocolate and sweets instead of the fill.
