Whole Wheat Flour Bread

Ingredients:

500g wholemeal flour

2 tablespoons dry yeast

Half tablespoon salt

1 egg No. 2

3 cups of tap water or soda water

4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

In a bowl put the flour, yeast and salt.

Mix well the dry ingredients and form a dimple.

Hollow an egg, olive oil and water.

Knead the dough into a smooth lump.

Put them rise in a plastic bag for an hour and a half.

On a floured surface, place the dough after inflation.

Cut two blocks and create a form of bread, one loaf of round or elongated.

On a cookie sheet in a mold dough to rise a second (half an hour).

After a second bulge Spread olive oil gently forming three knife cuts
To remove the gas from it.

Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
