Nuts Croissant


1 butter 200g

Cup sugar

2 bags of vanilla sugar

1 baking powder

2 egg yolks

3 cups flour - 300 g flour

Cup finely chopped walnuts


Processor bowl well the compliment, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and egg yolks.

Add the flour and nuts.

Create a block of soft and smooth.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Cut the dough into small balls.

Make strips with it.

Roll them in sugar Valley.

Put in the baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Store in a glass dish for two weeks.
