YOSEFA Whole Wheat Flour Recipes

 

Sesame seeds, Coconut and Nuts Rolls

Ingredients:

200g butter
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour

For the filling:
1 cup jam industrial
100 g of sesame
100 g of coconut
Cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Put the dough with flour, cream and butter.
Put in the freezer for half an hour.
Divide the dough into four balls and roll out each part on a floured work surface leaf thickness of two inches.
Spread jam and sprinkle with the sesame seeds coconut and nuts.
Scroll roll and place in a baking paper.
Marking knife slices.
Bake at medium heat until golden.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
